Sports Fuel Nutrition is an Indian sports nutrition brand dedicated to manufacturing and distributing authentic athletic performance supplements. All products sold through this platform are manufactured in certified facilities complying with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) norms and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every container is batch-tested, sealed, and traceable to guarantee absolute consumer safety.
2. Dietary Supplement & Health Disclaimer
Medical Notice: Products formulated and sold by Sports Fuel Nutrition are classified as nutraceuticals / dietary athletic supplements. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
Always consult a certified medical practitioner, dietitian, or fitness professional prior to beginning any high-stimulant pre-workout or intense supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, or are pregnant/lactating. 3. Transparent Pricing & GST Inclusivity
All product prices displayed on sportsfuelnutrition.com are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are strictly inclusive of all applicable statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST at 5%). What you see is what you pay: no unexpected convenience charges or hidden taxes are appended at checkout. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or promotions without prior notice, provided that confirmed orders will always be honored at the price quoted during checkout.
4. Payment Processing & Transaction Security
All electronic transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Cashfree Payments). 5. Order Placement, Verification & Cancellation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate electronic confirmation with your unique Order ID via Email and WhatsApp. You retain the right to cancel any order for a 100% full instant refund before the consignment is marked as dispatched from our fulfillment facility. Once handed over to the courier partner, cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

The trademark "Sports Fuel Nutrition", product trademarks ("Pre Fuel X"), packaging graphics, typography, photography, website layout, and custom software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Sports Fuel Nutrition. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or statutory claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of products or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
